Innovative, sustainable hosting centre welcomes clients from home and abroad
Zaltbommel, 29 November 2010 – With 70 sites, 900 employees and 350 voluntary staff, Tragel Zorg is the largest healthcare institute for patients with a mental disability in the Zeeuws Vlaanderen region of the Netherlands. Qurius and Tragel recently signed a 60-month contract for the hosting and management of the entire IT infrastructure including migration. The whole IT environment will be hosted in Qurius’ new sustainable hosting centre.
Jan Stelwagen, Chairman of the Executive Board of Tragel Zorg: “Our organisation offers healthcare and other services to people with a mental disability with the aim of giving them a good life. To ensure optimal results, we need partners and service providers who take things off our hands that are not part of our core activities. This allows us to focus on good care, supervision and support of our clients. During the selection procedure, Qurius showed themselves to be a reliable partner with extensive experience in our industry that anticipates how we can set up and manage our IT facilities in a sustainable, flexible and future-proof manner.”
Peter van Haasteren, Managing Director of Qurius Nederland: “We are particularly proud to welcome Tragel Zorg in our new, energy-saving hosting centre. Here we can offer clients from home and abroad a flexible, reliable and sustainable hosting and management solution. This allows Tragel Zorg to focus on their core business: providing good care.”
